i have not seen any time slips on this bike. its a buddy of a buddys friend. one of those deals. hes from texas so i thought hat 14mins might know who he is.

as far as times in 300', you could pick up about 10 HP and only gain about a tenth. not alot of ground for the HP to show. i feel that i can get my bike running 4.8's next year at atoka. at another track maybe alittle faster.

AZSAND- did you race jeff with your 733? i'm wondering if its faster that a 760.

Steve- I doubt that i will ever see a 4.7 with my launch technique. Just as long as i outrun Dusty i will be happy. LOL I always race good when Dusty is on the starting line.

Could you elaborate on that method of launch! You are suggesting a flaw or is this a method of attacking the competition?

no me and jeff never ran the 733 it did not last that long !!! but i can tell you it would have been the best fight ive seen jeff in before!!! and you are right about hp versus speed aslo as we did the 733 we removed 19LBS of rotaional mass from my bike lightend the fly wheel and tuned it to +- 001 circular perfection OH ! i wasn't souposed to say that.and a few extra things that will help no dought!

i don't believe a raptor with a 4.7, cause my best time is a 5.12 @59 with a 1.91 60' time and i was trying.with a 14 tooth counter shaft sproket and 21-12-8 10 paddle haulers launching in 2nd and crossing the line in 3 (on the bottle)but then again i think mine runs better in the loose stuff. i will have consistant 4.9 s at least next year

AZSAND- i lost a ton of weight (axle, hubs, sprocket hube, sprockets triple buff paddles, .125 8" wheels) and didn't gain hardle at all.

i don't think weight plays a big part on a 4 stroke. i think it would help going up a hill but not as much in 300'. i lighten pretty much everything and my time didn't drop a tenth.

14MINS launching is for the wrose. lol

dmike that is definetly not correct there is a awesome difference in a titanium axel and stock axel free all that rotaional mass dose make a diff.and smooth buffs make a awesome difference!!

! run aginst the clock with a pro tree so i do see a difference!!!

AZSAND i haven't went no faster with lighter parts and my friend with a K&T banshee put in a light lonestar axle and didn't pick up any time or MPH. we race the clock every month. what did you run before in 300' and what did you run after the axle?

running .400 tree or .500 doesn't make a differnce in time.

i didn't even gain in the 1/8 with the lighter rear end. how much does your bike weigh? mine weighs 460 and most of the weight is off of rotating weight.

i'm only going by what i see at the track. my friends run the T-rex 525 banshees one with a lonestar frame the other stock there at .2 different in the bikes. for 200LBS.

well ??????? who knows my daughters 440 was running one bike behind my new ds and we stuck a set of tripple buffs on and wham she was taking my bike by one to two bike same riders same bikes same day same temp it could only be rtotaional mass as the difference! i don't want too argue the only difference to your exp is you run hard we run sand and are you comping suspension evry time you make a weight change or are you running the same suspension for a 480 lb bike as you are on a 460 lb bike and for the amount of weight reduction your talking about your bike is still seems heavy i won't disclose my weight @ this point but trust me IT'S LOWER THAN 460. to give you an idea we've removed 19.34lbs off the rear axel tires swing arm alone this is on my drag bike!!
