Winchester Bay is North of Coos Bay about 15-20 miles. It one of 3 area of dune riding there. The northern part is Flornce about 35 miles north of Winchester Bay.
I think the riding area is about 4-6 Sq miles. It got lot of hills. Some flat area. Not much of trail riding there. But at Southern dune and Northern dune lot of trails riding.
It fun to ride there for a day if you are camping the southern dune or the nothern dune. the southern dune have 2 camping spots.
They are Spinreel and HorseFall. The northern Dune have 2 camping spots.

Hopefully this will help you.....

ive been told sand mtn. is one of the tallest.but st.anthony idaho as the tallest and steepest overall.load that 686 up 14 and ill meet you there and run you up choke cherry or devils dune.

oh yeah the best way to experiance choke cherry for the first time is to drop in from the top.
