i jsut got 2 82 yz 250s for free one near complete the other parts but in need to know how to adjust the timing plate im not to familiar with these plates but im willing to learn also i need a fluwheel cover and a powervalve cover so where can i find either of those 2 parts new or used but most of all cheap

 

cmon someone must have some knowledge on this subject
