Hey, good luck with the Raptor. Eventually if not sooner u will want to be modding it! The first few rides, you will be saying "how could that idiot say this thing needs mods, its so fast". But then the fastness will wear off and u will start to race more, and lose some races. Then you will want pipes, 686, 727, 760.... But hey, thats the name of the game.

Good choice on a quad, the 03's are improved over the previous and look wicked!

SIT UP FRONT GUYS! like riding a horse: back straight, heels down,not toes. if you let yer butt and weight slide back, the raptor may try to ride you! and when you get used to it, steering with all four is a blast, you have the power to do it! its fun. Front end doesn't come up either.

I have not heard of any changes to the 03 raptor, but I could be wrong.

congrates on your purchase. i've had a 01 and a 03. so i learned a few things w/ the 01. first order front and rear razrs(stock tires are great in the winter, but too much side bite on dry pack), prm swingarm skid ptate and don't be afraid to adjust your shocks to suit you.little adjustments make a big differance.
