Well you dont have to talk up a banshee like you do most quads. It speaks for itself while flinginy profuse amounts of sand and dirt in the direction of inferior quads. That should rile a few of you. Have had a banshee for 8 yrs and I have yet to ride any other quad that is as exhilarating as my banshee or one that is faster. Riden a few 686, some DS's, and other bikes, but nothing compares. There are other good quality quads on the market, the banshee does have its draw backs. So does every other machine out there. But dollar for dollar the performance and cosmetic goodies for a banshee are only limited by how much you are willing to spend. LOVE my BANSHEE and wouldn't trade it for anything!

I have to own a 4 stroke and a two stroke. I was going to get a banshee then get a four stroke motorcycle. Ended up getting a warrior and a 2 stroke street bike. I would have loved a banshee but it would be constantly broken and/or wrecked because all I ride is tight fast trails where that two stroke power band gets you in trouble fast. On the open road though.... much more fun, noone says you have to speed but when the road is clear (Only time ill ride it, people make my scared, especcialy suvs and big rigs) there is no reason to take your time getting to the speed limit, after all, what are sport bikes made for?

banshees are the best, i dont own one but wish i could. aint go the loot. i have a old Suzuki TS400 though, which is a 2-stroke 400 single cylinder. it stays with 87banshee250sx's banshee pretty well. (not in exceleration though) but top speed is pretty close. but 2 strokes are the best
