Default NAPA oil filter on raptor

went to napa and got a 1356 oil filter, what they told me would fit. well, it screws on, but i could NOT get it to stop leaking!
dont use a 1356 on a raptor, you may lose an engine! guess i'm staying with the yammie filter....

I read something about this in another post. Someone said that he uses a Bosch 3300 oil filter and has no problems. I have not tried it but he said it works. Good luck!

I've been using the SCOTTS cleanable filter. Top-notch quality and it should pay for itself in a couple seasons since ya dont have to buy a new filter each time. At $150 it aint cheap but, like I said, top quality ! And - it looks real nice.

That cleanable filter sounds awesome...allowing you to see how wear is occouring and what types of metals are making thier way into the oil...pricy at first, but it is on the way to paying for itself

Ive been using the Bosch 3300 for 1.5 years and have had no problems. The only thing is if you try to torque it too much it will collapse a little. I think I was torquing a little too much though.
