The smaller the bore, the less you change of the engine, therefore, the cheaper/easier it will be to make it reliable.
With any engine, the more power and size you want, the more extra stuff you will have to buy to keep it reliable, then past a certain point your spending money just to keep it in one piece. Have to have some of our resident raptor tuners tell you the little ins and outs of each combo though.

I want to go back to stock bore myself. I think i can build a stock bore that can run with the 686's and 727's. Any body want to trade a stock bore cyclinder for a +2mm cyclinder and a free 12-1 or 11-1 piston?? Your choice.
