Default Any Wolverine owners with mods that helped your midrange?

I have a '00 Wolverine with 25in Goodyear mudrunners all the way around. I was thinking about trading this in on another quad but now I am just going to try to get more power out of it. With the big tires it really lacks in midrange, especially hill climbing. Here what I was thinking about putting on it: Jet kit for the carb, Proflow with k&n filter, IDS Supertrapp pipe. Will these mods give me a stronger 2&3 gear?
Anyone have similar mods? Please be as specific as possible. Any suggestions? Thanks

dude. go with the cluch kit or drill out the cluch wieghts. this did more for my 95 wolverine than the k&n filter, jet kit and white bros pipe, put together.

I had the FMF Megamax II pipe, pro flow kit with K&N, upped the main jet 3 sizes (can't remember exact size), dropped the needle clip one position, drilled 8 1 inch holes in airbox lid (with filtered vent plugs), and put the white bros torque stuffer in the headpipe. I had 25" blackwaters, and my bike really ripped...for a 4x4. I was beating all the 400's, 450's, and 500's with that set-up. I also rode with a guy who had put in an 11:1 compression piston and a cam. His bike had a lot more power than mine.
