Well on my old blaster i rode it hard for a month....and it started smokeing from the engin so i checked spark plug looked ok but it still did the same thang almost dieing on me when i shift up into high ger on it and bogs down so i have to down shift....so i cleand filter put new spark plug and that stoped the smoking from engin so i put a toomey kit on it includes a damn good pipe and jet kit and thats all i needed was more gas shooting threw it so that might be the problem....????

 

c;ean the carb too i forgot that

 

did you install the 310 jet and raise the needle as per instructions? you'll fry it if you pipe it and dont do the carb mods, ya know. theyre really easy too
