Trinity Raptor Pipe Question...
#1
Right now I am running a stock pipe with a K&N/Pro Flow adapter with the lid off... I'm running a Dynojet stage 2 kit with 25 piolets and 160/165 mains.
My question is when I called trinity for what to run to get the most out of the pipe they told me to run with the airbox lid on but cut a 4" hole in the back of it and use stock needles clip on fourth postion... 177.5/182.5 mains with stock piolet jet.....
With a stock Raptor running the Trinity pipe what is gonna give me the most HP

IMO If I were you, call LRD about the raptor pipe and since it local for you.
I got LRD pipe and it the best buy for most hp for lilttle money..... I think you will be happy with LRD if you decide to go that route....

My buddy has a stock raptor with a CT Sonic pipe and he hasn't been beat by anyone with just a filter jet and pipe change. It sounds awesome too. Also in Dirtwheels it had the highest dyno out of 13 pipes including the trinity which was second.I'd go with CT though.

I just got a dynojet stage 2 kit to play with this weekend.
I have the trinity pipe, cfm alum. airbox w/ no lid & K&N. My sweetspot was with the stock needles on the 4th clip, air fuel screws out 3 turns, 160/165 main jets. I never got the 25pilots in, but it looked like it may have been able to use them. It was a little hot at idle.
I'm going to play with the Dynojet kit this weekend and see if I can get any more out of it.
