Z400, KFX400, and that black thing from Artic Cat?

i know exactly what hes talking about. suzuki made the "LTZ400", kawasaki copied it, put diffrent plastic on it and calls it a "KFX400," now if you read the october 2002, issue of dirtwheels, go to page10, in the "over the bars" section. it says this:

HIGH PERFORMANCE ARTIC CAT UNDER DEVELOPMENT>

Joining the rush to get new high-performance quads to market, Artic Cat showed off a prototype machine at their 2003 dealer show. It appears to be based on Suzuki's popular Z-400 QuadSport, and featured dynamic, stealth-bomber looking plastic, with a lean and mean look about it. Like Kawasaki, Artic Cat appears to be incorporating the Z-400 into their line-up, with diffrent plastic, until they can come up with something of their own to be competitive against it.

so what adamnieman is saying, is that Artic Cat is jumping on the band wagon by using the Z engine.
