Default Raptor Engine Start-up: Red Pipes

Just started the new raptor engine with stage 2 webcam, dynojet kit with 165/160 jetting, 11:1 piston, big gun exhaust. The header pipes glowed red shortly after start up...so i think this means rich jetting, but anyone else have this experience? Only ran her a few minutes, didn't feel like melting $500 worth of pipe. I guess timing is another thought, but how do you change this? Yam manual says if timing is off, just replace something. Maybe I'm just paranoid, but this doesn't seem right. Any help is greatly appreciated.
