Banshee Jets?
I think the shee's a little rich, The motor is all stock it has T-5's and a K&N with an outerware and open air box. The main that are in it are 300#'s We ride below 1500ft. Another question how much would I need to lean it out at around 3500 ft? An opinions would be great thanks in advance.

Changing jets on a banshee with the stock airbox is a b!tch. I have managed to cut my time down to about 10 minutes. The first jet change took about 30. You shouldn't have to remove the fenders though.
He is how I do it. I take the seat off first, then remove the choke crossover tube (goes between carbs)and lay it somewhere so you remember it before you try to start your bike. Then loosen the clamps on the intake and airbox boots. You want them very loose so you can roll the carb in and out of the boot. I don't take the throttle cap off anymore. Take the fuel supply line off and the vent lines on the bottom. Now, push the carb backwards (the airbox boot will give) until it comes out of the intake and you can turn it towards you. Pull the bowl and change jets. When reinstalling the carb, put it in the airbox boot first, then turn it so it can go into the intake. Pretty simple.
REMEMBER TO REINSTALL THE CROSSOVER HOSE. Your bike will be hard to start if you don't (not that I know this from experience or anything). It also won't run very good.
Let me know how it goes.

Those CPI's are junk. You need to let me be a friend and take them off your hands for you.
You will need to be at 310 or 320, given that you have stock carbs. I run the needle in the middle and never mess with it.
I am running 330's with Pro-Circuits, modified cages, stock carbs, pro-flo intake, and Dyna ignition. The last two required me going from 270's to 330's.
I have a friend that is running stock ports, 19cc domes for race gas, v-force reeds, CPI's, 34PJ carbs, and stock ignition. He just recently dynoed 64hp running rich!
By the way, I don't know too much about jetting at elevation.

Every machine is different but here's what works for me:
Sea Level: 320 mains
5000 Ft: 280 mains
7000 Ft: 270 mains
8500 Ft: still run 270 mains - slightly rich
That's with T-5 pipes, +4 timing, 21 cc domes at sea level and 19 cc domes from 5000 ft and above, K&N with outerwear, no snorkel.
