okay, i am replacing the base gasket on my blaster engine, and i am taking off the head and three of the four nutts were out. The last one, i was trying to get loose, and it just stripped, it was stripped a little froma previous owner, and i guess it couldnt take the torque of me trying to get it off. what i was wondering is if there were any ways to get it off without cuttign the stud off and replacing it if thats even possible. the heat sinks are in the way, so anything that would require a big tool is out
thanks for any help

i havent played with a blaster, but is there any way to get a chisle in there and be able to catch the side of the nut? If there is catch the corner of the nut and hit it with a hammer, if you hit it hard enough it will spin the nut off.

Put the other nuts back on and tighten them down. Then try to remove the stripped one. In a setup like that all bolts should be broken loose before removing any of them. This keeps the head flat instead of lifting a little and putting all the force on the last bolt.

Mascman is right

If you still cant get ahold of it, use a vice grip to loosen the nut it will grip the snot out of the nut if you use it right asnd can get it in there
