ticking banshee
#1
last weekend my banshee was squirting oil out of the over flow for the radiator. The first time it did it i was riding it, then i brought it home and filled up my crankcase with oil again. That night it was all over the floor again. I filled it up once more and nothing has leaked at all. For some reason it fixed it self, but now there is a ticking coming from the left side of the motor when it is warming up. after it warms up it stops. Does any one know wat this could be???
i have been riding it and it seems fine after it warms up
please help

If it was blowing oil out of the radiator overflow, something it wrong. Even if it stopped, where is it going now. I am not sure where you are talking about it blowing oil out, but sounds like a seal, or gasket has let go somewhere. I would be concerned that antifreeze is getting into my oil.
So, you can either say what the heck and ride it till it breaks, then look at buying a new crank, as well as top end, or you can tear it down now and replace some seals.
If you plan to build it up at some point, save your money and ride until it goes. If you dont want to spend a bunch on it, tear it down and fix the problem. You can buy complete gasket sets on ebay for under $30, and complete seal kits for under $50.
