For those that own quads where do you ride?? I ride everywhere but most likely i would not have anyquads if i did not own land at my house to ride on. Is your quad even stored at your house/apartment?

I keep my quad in my shop at my house but I don't do a lot of riding close to home.
I have an old strip mine that's been reclaimed, but there's not much diversity in the terrain, there's some good dirt roads that I can blast around on but not much else.
there are some strip pits but there is always idiots on dirt bikes crossing trails & it gets pretty hairy.
90% or more of my riding is at Little Sahara, I also sand drag at Atoka & an occaisonal woods ride but that's about it.

We have a 40 acre wooded plot that has very few trails in it that we ride every once in awhile. I just mostly hunt there don't ride it a lot. Than we have 10 acres that ties into about 80 acres that varies people own. There are a lot of trails in this woods. I ride there quit a bit in the summer if I want to go for an evening cruz nothing really difficult. We can ride an any unmarked or gravel roads in the county I live in if you have your registration numbers. If I want to spend all day riding, I have to drive about 30-45 minutes away.
Moose,
I just noticed you live in Broken Arrow. My wife's Aunt and Uncle live there too. We went threw and visited just for a day. It little over a year ago though. My dad worked there for 8-12 months about 2 years ago doing some dirt work for a construction company he works for too.

I stay at home which I call the property most of the time except for the
high speed county runs.
We had a nice trail/enduro track system on our 65 acres during the 98,
99, 2000, 2001 seasons but now its abandoned left for the deer and turkey
and coyotes to roam.
I need to get a picture up sometime of the track system during that time period. When it was in
use we had a blast on the weekends doing timed runs through the woods.

I keep mine here in the basement along with 2 to 3 other buddies bikes. We usually can leave here and ride 45-50 miles to a small restaurant for lunch and gas then another 15-20 miles to an old landing strip and back to get some more gas before the trip home. In mid summer when the ATV traffic gets high there is one spot that gets closed off due to the dust being a nuisance to the land owner, then we usually have to load up and truck the ATVs 8-10 mile to a camp we have and go from there. We are lucky to have so much ride area in Maine but it is slowly getting shut off. There used to be endless riding once you got to that restaurant but now the big companies are shutting down some of their heavily traveled dirt roads. We do truck to other spots in Maine also.

I dont do much riding at home, well the ocasional blast down the street to check things out.
I mostly ride little sahara utah, or killpecker sand dunes just 45 minutes from my house. St. anthony is not too far, but have only been there once so far.
For a little desert riding I go to a park just a few minutes from home, and park in the desert just north of it, then unload and there are miles and miles of desert trails.

i ride mine down the woods in summer, and on the road in the winter. today i took my go-ped down a road with potholes to test its off road ability, out of 10, i'd score it 0! ive got a calafornian sport, and it was the bumpiest ride ever!
