The Shee. It's tough for a 4 stroke to keep up with a shee. I've never seen a ported Speed though so it might be close but I'd still think the shee would win.
Oh yea the Shee is a 6 speed.

The Cannondale might actually win this one. Ive seen some remapped Cannondale win and lose to piped banshees.

Have you seen the cannondales ports? I don't think porting can really help them much due to the fact that they are already large. I think porting will drop the air velocity.

I rode a mapped (by the guy that works on Nac's cannondales), piped speed a couple of months ago. I am sure my banshee will outrun it. It still has stock carbs and ports. I know my TT bike will smoke it. It has 35.5 carbs and is a ported 350.
