Default anyone using the alba pipe

I was just wondering if anybody was runing the alba pipe on a raptor. I know according to dirt wheels the ct makes the most power but that was with the spark arrestor so if i run the race end cap on the alba i should have more power than the ct right? I only ask cause i was pretty much set on getting the ct but since reading posts on here i decided to look at other pipes and the alba is the only other one i like. Also if anyone else is running this pipe what to u like about it and what dont u like??? Ohh and i dont mind noise. In fact the louder the better. So if noise is the only downside to the alba then i dont care. I run 2" drag pipes on my motorcycle so i know what loud is and right now my rappy aint loud.
Thanks

I run with the alba and in opinion i think this pipe is probably in the top 2 this pipe has a great power curve it sounds awesome (loud) but oh well so are the others, if you get this pipe you will not be disappointed but that is just my thoughts, oh and i have not been beaten by any other pipe, OH YEAH here comes the slams

The Alba pipe is the best bang for the buck, imo. You get the full pipe, choice of race tip or disks. Albas needles and a 25 pilot jet along with the required jets. You also get the pro design filter and flange for 5 bones.

I bought the Alba pipe before they had their own jet kits but i like mine alot. I run the disks 18 not the supplied 12. It has great power down low and midrange, add disks and the top end improves. Get the race tip and your top end is better. I like the look, though not as nice as a lot of others. Its been holding up well. I've had mine for about a year now.

Some others on here will put it down, thats their opinion but they are wrong. You guys know who you are.

Any pipe will add the extra horsepower you are looking for. The Alba kit is a good deal.

With my mods and my Alba pipe I dynoed at 53 RWHP.

The pipe with disks is not that loud. With the race tip it is loud.

I have the Alba pipe kit on my Warrior and for the money it was a good deal.

The jetting I got with the pipe is too rich for me in PA. You will have to check out your elevation compared to CAs to see if it will work.

Very true Mascman. Jetting is important for any pipe you buy. Plug checks and an assortment of jets are a nessessity.

Hey thanks guys that just what i wanted to hear. One of my main reasons for thinking of getting the ct is because it came with all the jets and proflo kit. So i was happy to find another pipe with the same options. And now with some positive reviews this is gonna be an easy choice.
oh and btw im at about sea level so any jetting suggestions would be nice too.

When you order it tell them your elevation. They are below 1000' anyway so what they send you should be fine.

$630 for CT $559 for Alba stage 3. Alba stage 2 is $499 which is equal to what I got from them except with the disks. They are similar in design, reverse megaphone type except Alba gives you the choice of disks or open end cap. Seems like a no brainer.
