Default steering stem install

I'll be installing a new anti-vibe steering stem in a few days as time permits.Do I need more than the seals and new lockplate?? Does it just pull out of the bearing or am I better off installing all new parts ie:seals, bearing, retainer, lockplate.Any and all advise

Might want to check the bearing is good. You want it like a woman, nice and tight
