Go here. It will show you what to do with the flaps in the snorkel. You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader or a PDF file viewer to see it.

Dyno Jet instructions

I know you are not useing Dyno Jets but it has a section on removing the flaps in the snorkel with pictures.

I agree with all that has been recommended so far but you may end up with 150/155 mains. But it's better to start a litte rich and try it.

Default Raptor Jetting Help Please!!!!

I run pretty close to the same elevation. Pilots changed to 25. Mains are the same but used stock needles as apposed to CT needles, [found stock to be better]. It is fine to pay someone to do this very simple task but you will never know where the most power really is. You kind of have to play with it to know exactly whats goin on. It is a pain in the *** but if you do blow it up you get to put in a bigger kit. As for fuel mixture buy a flexable screwdriver and do it properly with a vacuum gauge.
