Chevy or Ford??????
ok. Chevy is the best! wanna know why?
I have a 94 s10 blazer with 295000 miles on it and it literally runs like new. Doesnt burn a teaspoon of oil. Starts instantly. It runs like most trucks with 70,000. Not the slightest symptom of wear or fatigue.
So how can beat that mileage. No rust, havent change any rear brake lights or reverse lights. And ive put it thrrought a lot. So lets see a ford do that. Like a rock baby!!!!

Chevy or Ford??????
I here alot of you guys talking about reliability well I have a 87 Ford F250 with the old 6.9 diesle, I am a mechanic, ASE certified, Ford factory and Dodge certified, I use this truck for work I also have a 99 Dodge caravan that is falling apart. The Dodge trucks have tranny proplems under a load, and the service bullitins on the engines go on for ever. I switched over to working on dodge so I could make more money on flat rate. I currently work at the County Hwy Dept now as a mech but was a Crys. tech for a few years. As far as GM, I like the looks of their trucks but thats as far as I would go, will never own one. I have worked on plenty of GM vehicles and I was not impressed with the quality.

Traded off my last Chevy (90 Silverado 4x4) with 163,000 miles. Never burned a drop of oil ever. Transmission was rebuilt on it of course (hell, its a chevy, what do you expect), but the 350 was one of the best engines ever. Aside of course from the old Chevy 327- the best engine ever built.
