I'm in the Army stationed in the frozen tundra at FT. Drum, NY. It was only -20 last night, not bad for snowmobiling but sucks for quads. I've been in for almost 6 years now and have been here the whole time except for 1 year in Korea that sucked cause I couldn't ride any of my toys. Oh well I had a good time anyways.

I served with 501st MP Co 1st Armored Division, US Army, Germany from 88-92. Deployed to the giant sandbox for Desert Storm. Wasn't worried about Quads then, just trying to stay alive. I have been a LE Officer for last 10 years after I got out. For those of you that are still serving I wish you the best.

It's not all fun and games. In the last few years I have been to Kuwait, Bosnia/twice, Albania, Germany and Korea. Actually it is fun and games. Some of the best times I have had in my 20+ years have been in those places. You've got to love the Marines for their ingineuity and the Army for their stupidity. They always keep you entertained.

The way things are going, I may never have to retire. I keep showing up and they keep paying me. What else could you ask for.

US Army vet 89-94/Primary Mos 95B military Police, secondary 11B light Infantry. I also servered in 1rst Armored and 3rd Inf in Germany, Where did you serve in Germany. 3rd Div song, here goes, I wouldn't give a bean to be a fancy pants Marine, I'd rather be a dogface soldier like I am, I wouldn't trade my old od's for all the Navy's dungarees for I'm the walking pride of Uncle Sam, On all the posters I read it says the Army builds men so their tearing me down to build me over again, I'm just a dogfaced soldier with a rifle on my shoulder and I eat raw meat for breakfast every day, so feed me amunition, keep me In the 3rd Division your dog faced soldier boy's ok! Wow I can't believe I still remember that song, lol.
