should I sell my 400EX, and get a new Raptor?

I just bought a new LE Raptor, and I have only ridden it once at the dunes, but I did not find it to be tippy at all. As far as the suspension goes, I did not ride it real hard as it is still being broken in, but I thought it rode nice and smooth.
When I first brought it home, I rode it up and down the street a few times, and on pavement I could see why someone might think the throttle is touchy, everytime I jabbed the throttle the front end went skyward. Just lots of torque.

I sold my 400EX for a Raptor; you will never regret it. I don't think I would go up a tooth on the front though, you will be in first and second gear all the time. I have mods similar to what you have planned, I could not top the Raptor out with a 14 tooth front sprocket. I went down to a 12 in the front, and also up to a 42 for the back sprocket. It is a lot more rideable now

I wouldn't do that to her... although she loves to ride the 400 even more than her 250... she would want a new quad also
I've sat on a new LE Raptor at the dealership it does feel plush
next time I see one on the trails, I'm gonna ask if I can take it for a spin
