I think its a time oriented thing, like for how long the problem would take for an average person.

 

my guess is that it works like a calculator, it takes the two numbers that you type such as 4 and 5, which is 45, then it takes the two numbers and adds them together which is 9 and subracts it from 45.
It worked for me.
