Need Help Jetting
#1
I just bought a used 2001 raptor it has durablue axle and front wheel spacers, I just ordered a Curtis Sparks racing system, and a Pro Flow K&N kit, I want to remove the air box lid and i was wondering if any one has any thoughts on what size of jets I should use. I'm thinking 170/175 but don't know.

That would be close on the mains maybe a little rich.I would put 25 pilot jets in also. 2 1/2 turns out on the left carbs. mixture screw and 2 3/4 on the right one.3rd groove on the needles.Good luck.

Why don't you call Curtis Spark and ask them what the jetting set up.
Let them know if you did any mod on the engine, set up and altitude you are riding at. It will make your job easy and time to jet it.
That how I did when I got the LRD pipe and it was spot on after I call them.
