Default Raptor, install rear elka

Can someone please help me with the installation of my elka rear shock? It now has a remote res. and I'm not sure how to install, the line to the remote where it comes off the shock is facing the back of the quad, when I move the line and remote to attach to the frame it turns the remote upside down or the adjustment know is facing the foot peg, is this ok? If someone had some pic's of there's they could post or email that would be great.

thanks for your help.

Bass,

It is supposed to face downward. If not, you can break it when riding by knocking it with your boot. It is an expensive fix too. Don't make the mistake of trying to force it to fit outward.

Mine is just like Moose's -

The orientation of the res does not matter - any way is fine.

My actually connects to the top tube in the same position a factory one did on the 2001 Raptors. I have a subframe that didn't come with the same mounts as the factory subframe, so I have the same clamp setup. I can take a picture tonight if you are interested. Sounds like mine might be oriented differently from Elka. There is not way I could stretch mine to mount where Moose put his.
