Stressed out!!

This is making me pretty madd. I had my blaster rebuilt and it hasn't ran right sense. I have spent months twisting screws and changing jets. There has to be some way adjust when it sparks, because it is off. I went way down in the jet size and it is still very very rich. Something was changed when the bottom end was taken apart or something, but it is really making me mad. I know if I sell it i wont get crap out of it cuz it runs like crap, even though it was just rebuilt. If I take it in, they will rape me as usual, and that is going to happen. Does anyone have any suggestions? Ever had any problem like this?

i will check, but what would be the reason for it being rich?

What was rebuilt? You said bottom end so the whole thing or what? You shouldn't be ANY more rich just from a rebuild, if anything maybe a little lean. What else changed? Are you sure your not sucking in air from somewhere?

The bottom was checked, and seals were replaced. The top was rebuilt. I cant think of anything I have changed, just pulled it, left it set and put it back together.

Did you use a thinner headgasket to raise the compression or something? raising the compression can make an engine a little richer.

I dont think so man, I just told the guys at the shop, I was rebuilding a blaster, and they had the gaskets in stock, so I asume they are the same?

Have you checked the timing?

THATS WHAT I LIKE TO HEAR! I have been asking about that, but everyone says u cant time them. How do you change the timing? I have a guy that will lend me the light, but how do you change it if it is off?
