Default Help with Raptor

Guys i just got a 03 Le Raptor. I ride in the woods most of the time and a little bit of MX. What do u think the best mods to add to my little toy? any info is greatly appreciated!!!!!

Default Help with Raptor

Cheapest mods for an improvement in power would be a pipe, filter and jet kit. About $500-600. Cheapest mods for handling would be a good set of aftermarket tires, like Maxxis Razr 2 or ITP Holeshot XCR. About $300. Next step up would be a set of A-arms and shocks for the front (less than $1000 fron Alba), and a wider axle for the rear, about $300-400.

It all depends on how much time and money you want to put into it. Good Luck!

hey racer......i want to add a pipe. I like the Yosh ones, are they the best? and where can i get one? how much for full exaust? i plan on adding all of which u mentioned over time.......im 17 soooo all this stuff costs money that i dont have right now. hope u can answer some of my q's thanks

Default Help with Raptor

I would recommend in this order......pro-flo, rear skid, steering stabilizer, wider rear axle and at least front shocks (this helps address the occasional MX), and plenty of seat time.
