oil injection block off kit?

I just bought a 2000 blaster and am about to put a toomey B-1 kit on and was wondering if i should install a oil injection block off kit before doing so also what other power mods I should do to my quad?

oh i almost forgot to ask if i do put the injection block off kit on how what is the gas/oil ratio to use for my blaster
