there are alot of 4 strokes out there and the ones that you mentioned dont compare to most of the 2 strokes,i know raptors and ds have just as much power or more than a 2 stroke so go and try one of those before you make up your mind,and for someone who has been riding for years,and someone who has rode 4 strokes all his life saying that a blaster is better and more fun is funny if you ask me..JMO

Now if you came on here saying that a banshee is more fun or a rush to ride than i can see where you are coming from,but till then take a chill and pass the blaster down and ride something made for a 20 year old!

When I had the opportunity to ride a blaster during the 1998 thru 2000 season I thought it was a fun machine. I would have been around 42 years old at that time.

i don't see why everyone slams the blaster?? yea it may be a little week and small, but with a little money and effort you can make them pretty quick, and very snappy. they only weigh like 200lb's, seems like a good project bike to me!!!

Not being a hater just my opinion.I went riding this weekend and my buddy on his Raptor (with pipe,air filter conv)was begging to ride my 2 Stroke so i traded him for a Hour or so and my conclusion........................Ill take a 250R over ANY new production quad made today.Maybe ill buy a Raptor when i am an old azz lazy bast*rd also eyes likes smelling da purrty smell of 2 Stroke Smoke itz makes me GOOFY!!!!! late,zubbeyboy

LOL, Are you talking about me? Sounds about like what I did. I just have an old stock 01 Raptor but it seems pretty quick down the rock roads & trails I ride.

I not getting rid of my KDX any time soon though. I love kick starting it and hearing that sound and all the smoke pouring out till she's good and hot.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

I agree, my limited time on a Blaster was alot of fun. You can just throw it where ever you want too. Maybe a little underpowered but for the money there is nothing out there that comes close......just my opninon though.

 

I really like my T-maxx RC truck!!!!!!!!!!!! Its a 2 stroke. But it would be nice to see it with my raptor motor in it. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I also like chain saws they are 2 strokes toooo

 

I love my two stroke weed eater and my blower, they get the same fuel as the KDX. They scream just like the KDX.
