Default 2002 banshee keeps fouling chain side plug

hey i have a 2002 banshee, its not even broken in yet, it has pipes, k and n and reed spacers, boost bottle, and has been properly jetted.
it keeps fouling the drivers side plug (left side) spark plug. I am gonna try mixing a new batch of fuel (doing the yamlube 24:1) anyone have any idea what the problem is? the other plug is always nice and clean and dry.
thanx!

Mine does it too. I've heard it's the choke.

Ok, if it's fouling then it has either way too much oil or too rich. You just need to go through the carbs and doublecheck everything. What size jets are you running, altitude, type of air filter, etc?

Chances are there's something simple wrong with that one carb.
