oh yeh 40-45 sounds about right in 4th... its still has 2 more gears and if it wasn't a 6 speed it'd go way slow...
Hehe back behind my house i saw this guy who must a wayed 220lbs riding a blaster... the guy had it comletely reved up in like 3rd and he was putting must of been doing 25 maybe low 30 but even at a distance the suspension seemed like it was almost bottemed out

me and my bro just bought new quads i got a warrior and he got a blaster both are stock at the moment but upgrades are to far away im 6 foot 240 lbs and hes about 5'6 120 lbs and i smoke him everytime hands down the warrior is faster doesnt matter if its a drag on dirt or tar blasters are fast simply because its just a frame and a quik engine

I dont relly know how fast the blaster goes but unless ur not racing it
Its pretty fun to just ride on some trails.
its got plenty of power. im 15 my dad had a blaster for about 2 years and i had a badger i rode the blaster all the
time i just got a 2000 blue blaster about 4 months ago its pretty fast. Im thinkin of modifying it soon.

my brother had a 94 blaster. it was bored 20 over and it was quick. i was behind him in my truck and i was going 65 and he was still about 30-40 yards in front of me. he's about 5'11 160lbs. blasters are good bikes to play on, but that's about it.

I am courious as to why, when you check the speed of your Blasters, either with a car or truck, you drive behind the quad and not beside. You would think that if the both of you were side by side it would be more accurate than what it would be if you were behind the quad. If you were behind the quad it seems as though it would not be an accurate speed check. Please explain. I am planning on checking the top speed of my Blaster with the stock gears then install a 14 tooth front sprocket and check it again to see the difference it made as far as MPH.

it doesn't matter if the blaster is in front of the car or beside it, as long as the interval stays the same when the blaster is in front then the speed check will be accurate. and as long as the blaster is paralelling you perfect then that speed will be accurate to
i think it's easier if the fourwheeler is along side because then he can tell you when he is topped out and give you the signal
oh and someone said they if they were 80 pounds and they had a blaster how fast? it would haul with you on it. it will be very very quick with someone that light.
