well got my raptor hoping it would fit in my box of my truck....well it almost does, being i have a supercrew the box is shorter then a normal 6' box which sucks. Anyone here have same problem(i hate driving with tailgate down). I was thinking just letting air outta tires a little and maybe i can then squish it in and just air up with my portable

 

have you seen the bed extenders,bars that follow the outline of the dropped door for an extra 2 ft space and you dont have to worry about the bike rolling out on you,and you can close tailgate without removing the brackets,cant even tell you have it till you put the tailgate down..

 

you can also use tie-downs. put it on the tailgate pin and on the truck latch and pull. there you go 1 inch extended bed!

 

Just about 1" too long......


I wish I had that problem. My girlfriend says its about 3" too short!

 

hey, I have the same truck... what's the big deal about riding with the tailgate down???

rachet strap the quad to one of your front tie-down hooks, and leave it in gear.... it will be fine

 

take the tail gate off and get one of those tail gate nets

lmao i knew that was coming [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] I let about 1psi outta the rear tires and its fits ok now with tailgate shut, i gotta portable air pump so its no biggie, the reason i want to shut the tailgate is that i can lock it, so no one can steal it, i gotta drive through chicago tommorow night and ya never know.
