A Few Raptor Questions
#1
I ride my Raptor on an oval track in my back yard. Since I got the Raptor I have hated how tippy it was. I have heard that you can only use anti-sway bars on TT because they compress the shocks. If they reduce shock travel theres no way I would get one because I jump all the time. I was planning on getting extended A-arms and new shocks but that would drain every penny from my savings. All I'm looking for is a less tippy ride, so should I get the extended A-arms and shocks or a sway bar? If I got +2 arms would I see a big increase in wheel travel? Ok my next question, I have asked this in other places and got nothing but B.S. so hopefully someone can help. I am considering 2 different kits for my Raptor. The first was rated #1 by Dirt Wheels and includes Yoshi Complete W/SA, K&N Filter and main jets. The other is a CT racing kit and has CT Pipe w/ 16 Supertrapp discs, Pro Design Pro Flow Filter, and jet kit with titanium needles. Which kit will give me the most low-mid power gains and better throttle response.

First, go with +2 A-arms. I tried to solve the tippyness with a lowering kit. It worked. But i jumped and ripped the shock mount from the frame. Very bad. Save up and throw down for some nice arms and shocks. Get a wide rear axle too.
Second, The CT probably has more hp. And Proflows do wonders for raptors with the lid off the box. You give that beast air to beath and she will mob. Mine did.

If you want a low to mid pipe the Yoshi would be the better of the two. Pro flow adapter and the GYTR jet kit. If you want to know what wider a arms would feel like you could flip your front rims, it's cheap and easy. But you need to relocate the stem or get a flush mount stem.

Oops, sorry sixsixT I see you were just saying of the 2. I should read more before responding. But if you want a good low to mid pipe that you didnt list the White Brothers E-Series is a great pipe!

Ok, but does White Bros have a kit? I am looking at the kits just not the pipes. What has better low-mid, E-series or Yoshi? Does either have better throttle response from the other?
