my dealer told me that yamaha was building a grizzly 750 twin. he also said that it might not be called
a grizzly but a polar bear

sounds like a good idea.but a better name would be nice.something more ferocious or maybe they could switch to monkeys and call it a SILVERBACK!

I heard that the 750 twin was going into the Rappy first .. ???

why dont they just tune the 660 a little and save some money.or is the 660 inferior as Phil Mickelson would say.

The displacement wars amoung the big manufactures are starting to get silly! None of these manufactures will build a machine thats over 50 HP, so why make something that is that big and heavy? It must be the mine is bigger than yours syndrome thing happening[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]. The biggest problem with both the Grizzly and the Raptor is that they are to tall and to narrow. If Yamaha would solve that problem maybe these bikes would start winning shoot-outs again. The 660 motor can make a lot of HP very cheap. The manufactures need to concentrait more on the 450cc quads, power verses weight ratio is what people want[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img].
