Default Have a question please help

Okay i have a 96 banshee it has coolheads, v force reeds and reed cages, fmf pipes/silencers, advance timing, and all the goodies. Anyways my question is this i can run around 100mph (thats no lie you can ask my friends) on asphalt but i dont know about sand, well i have a 14 tooth sprocket and i cant start in 2nd on sand, what should i do? Go to a 13? I mean i stand all the way on the bike on the tank and go in 2nd gear and it bogs pretty good. Some guy told me it dont hurt the tranny to start in 1st and go threw netrual, well my other friends say it does hurt it.. Well does it? and what can i do to start better out of 2nd? I am 130lbs and 5'8"... Please let me know. It would really help me.

1. im pretty sure it dont hurt it going through nuetral. 2. if it boggs, than rev it higher before you dump the clutch. what size is your rear sprocket? my friends shee can start off in 2nd on sand, and hes running 17/41 combination.
