Working on a 99 Warrior, Runs fine as long as the choke is on but as soon as
you turn off the choke it dies. Any ideas? Someone told me that the pilot needle has trash in it?

I will try that as soon as i get home from work, i really do not want to take the whole carb off i can get away with it. I am also replacing the axles bearing tonight, the original ones where completely gone! Thanx i will post if that corrects the problem.

I hope your bearings came out easier than mine did. I bent my axle and had to replace it but if it wasn't bent before I started then it would have been after I was done. I had to take a sledge hammer to beat the axle out. Would have used some heat but ran out of O2.
I'm thinking of removing my axle each year just to clean it. I hate so spend $400. each time I bend the axle.
