2 stroke runs like CRAP

If you are fouling plugs you are not jetted correct, or using too much oil. I still have the stock plugs in both my banshees, but they are both less then a year old. My old 93 banshee fouled a few sets when brand new, then ran for two years on the same set once dialed in.
Oh, and I have run my two stroke weed eater for two years on the same plug.
As for your problem, just start checking everything, a new set of plugs wont hurt, and gap them correctly also. Then I would check compression, coil, carbs, and work down the line.

yeah it sounds like it could be an air leak. Won't take long to cook your engine running lean. Check all the simple things first could you save some headaches and $$$ in the end. My Zilla was famous for the main crank seals leaking air , 2 strokes are very simple to tear apart and rebuild. I replaced all my bearings and seals through a local bearing dealer, costed me a fraction of the suzuki ones and they are exactly the same if not better.

I've fouled 1 plug in the 3.5 years I've had my Banshee. It amazes me how many people think 2 strokes foul plugs all the time. My weedeter has a 5 year old plug and my chainsaw has a 4 year old plug.....
