LIKE I HAD SAID IN AN EARLIER POST I HAD MY RAPTOR UP TO 95MPH AND A WHOLE BUNCH OF PEOPLE
HAVE SAID NOO WAY TOO FAST FOR A RAPTOR!!!!!!I THINK ITS POSSIBLE,IF IT WASNT 95MPH IT FELT AWFULLY CLOSE TO IT!!!!
Yes I did,
The first test was at the drag strip, I reset the trail Tech before a pass at the test & tune, I shut off right at the finish line & compaired my trap speed with the maximum speed recorded by my Trail Tech, the speeds were within 1/2 MPH.

then I went to an open dirt trail where I do my plug checks, I can go WOT in 5th for 3/4 of a mile, I had my bro in law set up his radar, My Trail Tech showed 77.2 MPH, the radar showed 80 MPH.
When you factor in tire growth at those speeds it was still damn close (& we all know that police radar shows higher than actual speeds!! LOL).

As far as 95 MPH that is a bit much IMO, while gearing changes will increase top speed wind resistance will hold you back & with tire growth your actual speed would be 100+ so I think you probably had the wrong tire diamater entered to get that speed.
I'm not saying it's not possible to get that kind of speed from a modded Raptor (small light weight rider, trimmed fenders, ETC) but it's not probable IMO.

MICHAEL AZ AND MR. THE MOOSE I AGREE 95 SEEMED TOO MUCH BUT THATS WHY IM ASKING IF PEOPLE HAVE ACTUALLY HAD THE TRAILTECH "VERIFIED AS ACCURATE".I DID 4 RUNS AND 80MPH SEEMED TO BE THE NUMBER THEN THIS GUY ABOUT 110LBS TOOK IT AND WE WERE VERY SURPRISED THAT THE TOP SPEED WAS 95.0 BUT THATS WHY I WAS ASKING IT SEEMED HIGH TO ME,BUT I DO THINK THAT THE 80 ISD IS VALID. I CAN GET ON A FLAT 1/2 MILE ACCESS PATH THAT RUNS BESIDE A MAJOR HIGHWAY AND I DONT SEEM TO HAVE A PROBLEM HANGING WITH THE PEOPLE IN THE LEFT LANE!!

slow down a bit and enjoy your ride, if you crash at those speeds think of what will happen to you and your family

i really like that gps mounted on the handlebars like that, was thinking of a trail tech but thats just so much cooler, only thing i would be consirned about is flip the quad once and it just becomes one very expensive thing to replace....
