Default do i have to add something to the a-arms?

just plain old grease is all you need, you can get special temperature grease and high pressure and stuff like that but just normal grease is all the you need,

Go to auto parts store. Buy small grease gun and "Lithium Soap Base" grease(safe to use for bushings). Grease comes in tubes that fit in the grease gun. Connect gun to Zerk fitting and pump until it becomes "tough" to squeeze gun handle. You are now lubed and ready to ride. I generally have to agree with psyco, but not this time...get the nastiest smelliest grease you can find and keep everything well greased...every time I wash it I grease it(you'll be able to watch the grease push the water out...lithium grease breaks down to fast in water
