What is the beter air Filter a K&N or a Foam one I am getting the Pro flow intake system for my Banshee and I ride on trails and on race tracks

the short answer is :
Foam for dusty terrain.
Gauze (K&N) for sand, or with an Outerwears if used in dusty areas.
