Default mods for my 03 blaster

The works Fronts are $329.00 and the Works rear is $509.99 and that is from K&K. And they are the Cheapest shocks out.
I had them on my Banshee and I was hitting a 20ft tabletop and I was clearing it with out bottoming out.
But if you want the best then I would get Custom Axis I have these now and I like them alot better.
I paid $870.00 for them.

ok you want to race i'll tell yah what to do for starters since your on a budget just stick with pipes for engine stuff. i like my toomeys but there a little more expensive then say fmf. then buy new tires if your doing dirt racing razers are popular as well as holeshots and if you want something a little bit cheaper get some fast treckers. oh ya and if you don't get a toomey kit (comes with airfilter) then buy a new one. when you get new tires also get some new wheels that are offset. when you get them flip them to make it wider in the back. now the front is difficult because flipping the tires will put more strain when jumping and besides i'm not sure if you can flip the tires on the new 03s with the disk brakes. then next idea would be some spacers in the front (cheaper then a-arms but not as durable) those should hopefully stand up because new a-arms are really expensive. now if your going to race you have to have nerf bars i have ac's and they see ok besides that they were a little tough to get on. well i hope all that helps but in a list

Toomey Pipes
Tires - Razer's or Holeshots
Nerf Bars
Air Filter
Offset Wheels

And that should be a good start. You can always put more money in but i'm sure that will satisfy you for a while and then its almost more worth it after those mods to move up to a bigger machine.
peace
