11/2007: Wow, this is about 4 years old! I will have to update it sometime. Now I race religously in the Iowa ATV Harescramble Series, it seems that we don't even practice, we just have time to ride at the races. We have a 5th wheel toy hauler and our 7-year old likes to come to the races and hang out. She would like to race next year as well. It's a fun family sport and what really makes the series is the people! I will have to update this with much newer pictures! Old Bio:I LOVE TO RIDE!! Now I love to RACE as well! I just recently switched from a utility to a sport and am wondering what I was thinking on my last few purchases?! I will have to get some new pictures of me jumping a real quad instead of trying to jump my radio flyer (Rancher). We ride locally in Iowa (better riding than you would expect!!), we have gone to Missouri a couple times to Finger Lakes park where camping and riding is a blast and love it there, and have visited North and South Carolina where we enjoyed some good riding. I grew up riding in Colorado and Pennsylvania. We like the nasty, muddy, rutted, challenging trails as well as the nicely-maintained trails, water crossings, hills, rocks, creeks, jumps, tracks, speed, etc.I started riding dirtbikes at age 11 and switched to owning fourwheelers Oct of 2001. Fourwheeling is more fun to me! After 15 years, I'm used to hanging with the guys, but I wish there were more female riders that would hang with us as well. Our racing interest started with my husband racing and placing top three the last two years in the 12-Hours of ATV America race. It's a lot of fun to be there!!! Now we are racing in the Iowa ATV Harescramble Series and have more fun than anyone should be allowed!!!
