According to the listing this is a 2004 Kasea Skyhawk 90 race prepped by Hetrick racing in Pennsylvania.

The seller says it boasts an extended Dura-Blue rear axle, extended front a-arms and a fully powder coated frame. It also has a custom steering stem and stabilizer shock. “Runs great”.
