Obviously the large one goes to the radiator. The upper one me and another guy figure is for a fan sensor switch. (Ground?). I'm not going to run a fan, so I shouldn't need it. That leaves the lower brass barb fitting. Is this just a drain in case of a seal failure?

Please help. I just need to know how/where the low brass fitting connects to. There has to be some liquid cooled quads out there with the same or similar thermostat assembly.

I think I got it figured out. I found a pic on the Internet and it looks like it ties into the radiator

It will be the thermostat by-pass hose.

That temp sensor can be used with a warning light, but if you are fitting a temp gauge, you need a different sensor.
