I've never seen one of these. Therefor I can only assume it is the same as other chinese ATV's. The following is based on that assumption.

To stop an engine with a kill switch you short the two wires going to the switch together. To let the engine keep running you leave the wires disconnected. Thus to disable the kill switch all you need to do is unplug it, or cut the appropriate wire if it is part of a multiwire connector.

Do you need help finding that wire?

Also keep in mind that you will deliberately disabling a safety mechanism. Imagine a stuck wide open throttle. The first instinct is to hold on with both hands and squeaze the brakes as hard as you can. You won't have a free hand to kill the engine with the ignition switch. Just something to think about before doing this...

i think its same as all the chinese quads i did buy it off ebay twice there was 2 diff ones one with chock control and one with out
the 2 wires that go to kill switch is green and black with white line threw it are thous the 2 i short out,
i understand the risks this is more so for me to understand how this works, its driving me crazy one day it will just start then ill try for 2-3-4 days and nothing take it camping wont start at shop get it out to field and it starts for like 3 days straight,go out next weeekend and nothing , this machine is very odd and has mind of its own
