70 90 cc yamoto atv

I recently purchased what I believed to be a 70cc yamoto but it seems to powerful it has a neutral and even a reverse gear what do you think?

I do not know much about quads and motors yet but I'd like to know more is there anywhere I can get a manual for this machine?

Also when I bought it my foot was broken so when I turned it on I'd let it warm up then I'd switch it up to 3 gear and wait for the quad to catch up is this terrible thing to do to the engine?
