A nother thing.......

Since I have a DJ 4.5 widening kit on the front.... should I widen the rear also?

Wouldnt it help to have the rear tires riding on the packed down ski path instead of fresh snow?

Ski Loops are basically handles that attach near the tip of the skis, they give a place to grab when pulling a stuck machine out of a snow drift, and provide some stability to the tip of the ski against bending.

I think you would have better success in soft snow if the rear tires were somewhat lined up with the skies.
