2007 Honda Rubicon 680
I have a '07 680 that got where I could not get it started. After replacing a new battery and starter I found fuel is leaking into the cylinder and down into the oil. I have seen some responses about carbs and sticking needles. With fuel injection is this a injector that needs to be replaced or something more?
It will turn over with the plug out using the hand crank but no way will it turn over with the plug in.
Thank you

Not sure how this can work as fuel is pumped to the injector and once the pump is switched off I would have thought the fuel flow would stop. Maybe it siphons through by gravity. Anyway, easy check, take injector out of throttle body, without removing fuel line (or refitting it if you have to remove it), switch ignition on and see if the injector starts to dribble. Remove the electrical connector to the injector to ensure it isn't getting power to it all the time due to an electrical fault, and if it continues to dribble you have a faulty injector. Isn't the 680 a Rincon by the way?
With the problem sorted, take the plug out and spin the engine over on the starter to expel the excess fuel. Make sure the plug can't set fire to the fuel being expelled (yes I have set fire to a bike doing this). Change the oil in the sump and you should be OK.
