hedrick racing??
Anyone have any experience with get a motor built by them? Im looking to have an lt80 built. Im having a toss up with weather to have Jack Moore build it or Hedrick racing. I want the works done from top end big bore stroker crank clutch Carb any possible thing that can be done. Im looking to get this little thing running 60plus MPH. Who the best n who can Make it the fastest most reliable.

Hedrick motors.
They have been around for a while and have not heard anything bad. I suspect you must be racing, as I can't imaging why a kids machine would need to go anywhere near that fast under normal conditions. Are you sure this is what you want to do? For the same $, you could probably step up to something comparable in a larger size.

Well if you ask me, I'd not do the big bore. That's where you will loose a ton of reliability. Maybe for drag racing it'd hold up (short runs).
I've had stock stroke motors do 60. (Friday night flat track at Paducah). Clocked at 53 at Pine Lake.
It's hard to find a track that long to get em going that fast.
I thought you were getting it done by Hetrick. Chris called and I sent him the stroker spacer plate.
Rich and Michelle are fine ppl that do good work.
